There’s something warm and welcoming about the all-electric Volkswagen ID.4 that makes it feel like it’s been around for a long time. The car, built in Chattanooga, Tennessee, was one of his first replacements for SUVs, about the same size as the gasoline-powered Volkswagen Tiguan and Nissan Rogue.
