We’ve been talking about all these new trims, but we haven’t yet addressed the elephant in the room. For the first time, the 4Runner has a hybrid powertrain option. Standard on TRD Pro, Trailhunter, and Platinum models. Lower trim for TRD Off-Road and Limited models can be added as an option.
