Police in southeastern Massachusetts say they have located and identified the driver who is believed to have struck an 11-year-old girl on a bicycle in a school parking lot and fled the scene Sunday night. A 62-year-old Florida woman will be summoned to Brockton District Court on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in bodily injury in connection with the East Bridgewater crash. Police announced Tuesday night. Police said the woman, whose name has not yet been released, has relatives in the area. News Center 5 reporter John Atwater saw a woman driving a blue Lexus NX arrive at the East Bridgewater Police Department late Tuesday night. The Lexus matched the description of the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run, with a cracked front grille and some scratches on the front end.
