BMW has recalled 105,588 vehicles because the starter motor could overheat and cause the engine to fail to start. Recalled models include, but are not limited to, the following examples: The company told the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) that its factories temporarily used a different starter design in some vehicles.
