Report: Tesla Blames Drivers For Defective Parts

Reuters just published a long-term investigation alleging that electric car maker Tesla knew parts in some of its cars were defective. But rather than recalling and repairing parts, the automaker reportedly instructed its technicians to blame drivers for part failures.
