Tesla Burns After Driver In Mexico Plugs It Directly Into A Power Line

TIJUANA, Mexico — A driver in the Mexican border city of Tijuana apparently had the bright idea of connecting his Tesla to an illegal electricity hookup connected directly to a powerline.
