Many long-time car enthusiasts know this, but it’s worth a quick reminder that Tesla does not cooperate with the press in any way. At least that’s the case with most of the press. Although Tesla visits a select few dealerships, auto journalists generally don’t have the opportunity to test drive the company’s vehicles, nor can they borrow or rent one from someone else.
