- The grip of the 2025 Ford Maverick Lobo’s standard all-season tires was disappointing, so we replaced them with summer tires and took the truck to the test track.
- Fitted with stickier Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires, the Lobo’s lateral grip increased from 0.85 g to 0.90 g around a 300-foot skidpad.
- The summer tires cost $1240 and greatly improved the Lobo’s performance.
