Because it’s an electric car that starts at $35,000. This isn’t as cheap as I’d like, but it’s much lower than the average price for a new EV in America. 60,000 dollars. That’s too much! Now, Volvo is rolling out a very premium-looking small SUV that starts at $34,950. It’s the smallest SUV the company has made, and it also has an AWD version that is somehow the fastest Volvo ever, hitting 60 in 3.4 seconds.
